Our own process – without cryogenic size reduction
The basis is a rotating fluidised bed process we developed ourselves. It works without liquid nitrogen and is configured individually for each material.

What the process delivers
From granulate to powder

Starting material · granulateSize-reduced powderThe same base technology carries both business fields: in size reduction, the feed material is converted into a defined target fraction; in coating, finer particles are permanently embedded into the surface of larger carriers purely mechanically – without melting and without binders.
We treat the specific process design as a trade secret. What we do disclose are the results – and those are in the material database.
No liquid nitrogen
Our process works without cryogenic cooling. There are no running costs for liquid nitrogen, and the material is not subjected to cryogen-induced embrittlement.
Reproducible process window
For each material we define a dedicated process window and document it internally. The aim is repeatability across batches; evidence is the batch-related measurement report.
Metrology and evidence
- Particle size analysis by laser diffraction (Mastersizer), distribution type stated per batch
- Fractionation by centrifugation and sieving for narrow target ranges
- Raman spectroscopy confirming material identity on request
- Batch-related measurement reports
